How should I pack my items?
Place everyday laundry in one bag and dry cleaning items in a separate labeled bag.
Do you separate lights and colors?
Yes, everything is sorted and processed with fabric‑safe settings. Delicates are handled separately.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums, we'll wash what you send no matter how much or little.
What's the turnaround time?
Most orders are returned within 24 hours. Same day available depending on pickup time.
What detergents do you use?
You can choose Tide or Free & Clear at checkout in the app.

Anywhere in Manhattan below 135th street.
